Shipping Policy

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. International shipping is available at a flat rate calculated at checkout. All orders are processed and shipped from our California warehouse.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak promotional periods, processing may take up to 3 business days.

Delivery Times

• United States Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
• United States Express Shipping: 2 business days (available at checkout)
• International Shipping: 7-14 business days depending on destination

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at snaproutetech@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement.
